Published Thursday Oct 27, 2011

Business NH Magazine will host a Rising Stars Awards Party in honor of NH's top young professionals and the organizations that support them. The event will be held on November 7, 2011 at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, Concord, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the winners of Business NH Magazine's and Stay Work Play's second annual awards for young professionals and the organizations that know how to attract and retain them. Organizations and individuals will be honored in four categories: Young Professional of the Year, NH's Coolest Companies for Young Professionals, Young Professional Program of the Year and the Stay Work Play Leadership award. Award winners will be announced and profiled in the November issue of Business NH Magazine and feted at the event.

Paul Boynton, author of Begin with Yes, will offer the keynote at the event, and share his story and advice for NH's young professionals and entrepreneurs.

The Rising Stars Awards Party registration fee is $25 and includes hors d'oeuvres, Comet Cocktails, stargazing in the observatory, a free copy of Begin With Yes for every attendee, and music by the infamous NRG Entertainment.

The event is presented by Business NH Magazine and Stay Work Play NH and sponsored by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, Public Service of New Hampshire, BAE Systems, Fidelity Investments, and the UNH Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
