North Branch Construction in Concord started construction on The Village on Technology Hill, a mixed-use development in Londonderry. (A rendering of the project is pictured here). This project will bring together industrial, residential, a childcare center and a village store. The Village on Technology Hill will be developed in three distinct zones. The industrial zone, located to the east, will include a 160,000-square-foot building for Envision Technology, a 20,000-square-foot building for OnPoint Systems, and a 5,000-square-foot office building for the Solinsky Family Office and Family Foundation. An additional 60,000-square-foot build-to-suit industrial building will also be constructed. The industrial zone will have another pad-ready site for a 12,000-square-foot building for future development. the residential zone will feature 440 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across nine residential buildings, as well as a central community building. The main entrance will have a general retail store, a childcare facility, and a covered bus stop.

Private flight fractional program operators PlaneSense, based in Portmsouth for 30 years, and Jetfly, based in Europe for 25 years, are partnering to allow share owners in each program to use their flight hours to fly on the other program’s fleet beginning April 1. Collectively, they operate nearly 100 fractionally owned Pilatus PC-12 turboprops and PC-24 jets.

Colliers, a commercial real estate services firm in Manchester, leased-up a newly constructed 17,520-square-foot multi-tenant contractor bay building at 983 South Mammoth Road in Manchester. The building, completed in 2024, is now fully leased by four tenants: Novia Corporation, Bearing Distributors, Home Focus Contracting, LLC, and DDA Companies, the owner of the property.

Elliot Health System in Manchester hired Gerald Sardella, MD to lead the cardiac surgery program for The Elliot Heart and Vascular Center. Sardella previously served as chief of cardiac surgery for Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, chief of cardiac surgery at Concord Hospital and as a cardiac surgeon with Albany Cardiothoracic Surgeons.

Liberty House in Manchester, a program of Catholic Charities NH, received a $40,000 grant from Swim With A Mission (SWAM) to empower more NH veterans to overcome adversity and rebuild stable, independent lives. The grant will directly support Liberty House’s support programs for NH veterans facing homelessness, post-traumatic stress, traumatic brain injuries, financial hardship, and other challenges.
