Cathleen “Cathy” Sleeper was recently promoted to regional VP at MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank). In this role, Cathy will oversee the Bank’s office locations in the communities of Meredith, Center Harbor, Moultonborough, Wolfeboro and Melvin Village, and she will work closely with the branch teams to build on existing relationships and develop new opportunities. She has held several roles in MVSB branch offices since joining the Bank in 2009 as a part time teller. She was promoted to branch and business development manager for the Meredith Main Office in 2017 and to assistant VP, branch and business development manager at the same location in 2022. She also serves as the program coordinator for the bank’s in-school savings program, Save for America School Savings.

Alisa Druzba of Concord has been named the NH Children’s Health Foundation's first director of research and community impact. Her work will involve research and analysis of children’s health data, developing research insights for use in internal foundation planning and external stakeholder engagement, and convening the foundation’s external stakeholders to advance the state of children’s health in NH. She previously served as the director of the Rural Health and Primary care Section at the NH Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health Services for 18 years.

Baker Newman Noyes, an accounting and advisory firm, opened a new office space in Portsmouth. The space’s ‘hotel-ing’ model allows employees to schedule the use of offices and desks when they are working in the office, book team rooms to support group projects, and access adaptable and mobile technology tools. The office will serve as the collaborative hub for approximately 30 employees based in the Portsmouth area.

Northeast Credit Union in Portsmouth named Dan Raposa as VP and executive director of the Northeast Credit Union Foundation. He has more than 35 years in fundraising and philanthropy experience.
