In the spotlight: Katherine Paine has been promoted to branch relationship manager for Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s branch in New London. She began her career in banking in 2015 when she joined the deposit operations team at Lake Sunapee Bank, which was later acquired by Bar Harbor Bank & Trust. Brian Cheddar has been promoted to branch relationship manager for Bar Harbor Bank & Trust’s location in Hanover. Prior to joining the Bank, he served as the sales manager for R. Filion Manufacturing DBA Kasi Infrared.

NH Life, which highlights the recreation, hospitality, arts and business community of New Hampshire, is now airing on air Sunday mornings on NESN at 8:30 AM and repeat during the week. The show is an extension of a the MaineLife TV show. Both are produced by Erin Ovalle, owner of Maine Life Media.

Dartmouth has named Interim Registrar for Academic Policy and Operations Eric Parsons registrar for the arts and sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Parsons came to Dartmouth in 2016 from Southern Vermont College.

Bangor Savings Bank made a $5,000 contribution to NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire in support of the organization’s HOMEteam program, which provides homeownership and financial wellness education and counseling services to NH residents.

Toni Ciampaglione has joined the NHTrust as a financial advisor based at the Keene office inside Savings Bank of Walpole. Before joining NHTrust, Ciampaglione spent more than 19 years working as a financial advisor at Park Place Financial Advisors, a division of the Brattleboro Savings and Loan.

Lambert, a senior hydrogeologist and associate of the firm, has more than 17 years of experience completing complex environmental investigation and remediation projects throughout the Northeast.

Northeast Credit Union in Portsmouth named David Perron as the assistant VP of information technology. Perron brings 25 years of technology experience, most recently serving as the AVP of IT for Cambridge Saving Bank in Waltham, Mass.

CASA of New Hampshire will offer learning and training opportunities to those interested in becoming volunteer advocates. Virtual information sessions are scheduled for Wednesdays, July 14 and 21 and Aug. 11 at 5:30 p.m. and Aug. 25 at 12:30 p.m.

Cheshire Medical Center in Keene presented its inaugural RISE to the Occasion awards, which recognize individuals who step up in an extraordinary way, to Aalok Khole, MD, infectious diseases physician, and Mary Pierce, BSN, RN, infection preventionist. As members of the Infectious Disease department they guided Cheshire, its employees, and the community through the uncharted territory and long journey of the COVID-19 pandemic from its beginning in March 2020.
