In the Spotlight: Prolman Realty, Inc. in Nashua completed the sale of 14 Spring Street in Nashua to 14 Spring Street, LLC. According to a statement, the building will be occupied by Heaven Sent Home Care for their corporate offices. Their services include in-home assistance for the elderly as well as caring for people in recovery after a hospitalization.

D’ivinte in Portsmouth, founded by level-two reiki practitioner Angela Kaufmann, has opened in the Vaughan Mall in the Portsmouth City Chiropractic facility and will offer services directly related to reiki – light touch therapy – and spiritual counseling, promoting personal self-healing.

Peterborough residents Vanessa Amsbury-Bonilla and Kevin Goohs are the new owners of Peterborough Community Theatre. They plan to keep many of the previous programs, including the Movie Club, special screenings on Mondays and Tuesdays, and first-run features.

Construction is underway on Weeks Medical Center’s new Lancaster Patient Care Center. The new $13 million three-floor center will be built adjacent to the current hospital in Lancaster and house primary care, outpatient specialty services, and provide more accessible and private consultation space for patients and staff.

The NH Liquor Commission has begun renovations on the Lancaster NH Liquor & Wine Outlet located at 199 Main Street in Shaw’s Plaza. The store will reopen the store in mid-October with increased product selection to more than 2,656 sizes and varieties of wines and spirits.

Franklin Pierce University appointed Randy Braby executive director of human resources and risk management. According to a statement, Braby has extensive experience in human resources management in higher education, most recently at Snow College in Utah.
