Pat McDermott

In the Spotlight:  Pat McDermott was recently hired as senior VP of ADG to provide strategic direction and business development.  McDermott will also be the lead consultant for ADG in the areas of utility and energy solutions, including financing, infrastructure and renewables.

McDermott recently retired as Director of External Affairs, NH for Hinckley Allen in Manchester, and prior to that oversaw the PSNH Economic & Community Development Division for over 20 years.  McDermott has served on the Governor’s Economic Development Advisory Council, the Utility Economic Development Association Executive Committee and as NH Chair of the ICSC Government Relations Committee.  In addition, he was recognized by Business New Hampshire Magazine as one of the Most Influential Business People in NH.

Northeast Credit Union recently celebrated the unveiling of a custom bocce court donated to the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department of The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The gift is the culmination of NECU’s 80th anniversary appreciation campaign, which honored its past and celebrated the loyal members and communities that have supported the Credit Union through decades of growth and success.

Individual Fitness in Concord will open a second location is set to open later this summer, at 268 Mammoth Road in Manchester. Individual Fitness Training Studio has been located on South Main Street in Concord since 2002.

John Fitzsimons, DMD, a dentist at Families First Dental Center in Portsmouth, received the Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) on June 9 in New Orleans. Fitzsimons completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive written exam and fulfilled three years of continuing membership with the AGD.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage/Center Harbor hired Chelsie Arnold, a NH and Massachusetts licensed Realtor.

Prolman Realty in Nashua completed the sale of Northbridge Business Center units 13 & 14 - 74 Northeastern Blvd. to Tescelani Holdings, Inc.  According to Lisa Ferrari who represented the seller MYRELL, LLC and assisted the buyer, the 4,800 SF office/flex space is being occupied by Netlogic Computer Consulting for their corporate offices.
