Prolman Realty in Nashua brokered the sale of 11 Executive Drive in Hudson to W.H. Bagshaw Co. The seller was Semikron Danfoss. The property is comprised of two industrial buildings totaling 56,595 square feet. W.H. Bagshaw will be occupying the front building to manufacture precision components with CNC Equipment to the medical, aerospace, defense and tech industries. Financing was provided by Enterprise Bank and the Business Finance Authority.

She has been with organization for more than 14 years. The board of directors elected two new members: Steve Lynn, VP branch leader at Fidelity in Merrimack and John Sarro, retired executive director at Compass Medical Associates, Mass General Brigham.

Ashley Kitchell 


Liberty House, the Catholic Charities NH program in Manchester that provides transitional housing and a community pantry for NH veterans, promoted Ashley Kitchell to executive director. Kitchell joined the organization as operations manager in 2017 and was later promoted to assistant director.

ApprenticeshipNH, the workforce training program of the Community College System of NH, is collaborating with Lonza on a new apprenticeship program at its Portsmouth facility. Working with Great Bay Community College, ApprenticeshipNH, Lonza and the Office of Apprenticeship are creating a one-year Registered Apprenticeship Program that combines paid, on-the-job training at Lonza with eight weeks of related instruction at Great Bay’s Portsmouth campus.
