MaineHealth Memorial Hospital in North Conway has named Tricia G. Costigan (pictured here) as its new president. She most recently served as senior vice president and president of Northern Light Inland Hospital and Continuing Care Lakewood in Waterville, Maine. She previously held leadership roles as executive director of the Medical Group at Saratoga Hospital in New York and division administrator at UPMC Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce announced its 2025 Annual Award winners, who will be honored on March 13 at the Chamber’s Annual Awards Gala. The Business of the Year is D. F. Richard Energy, a 93-year-old family business that provides heating oil, propane gas and heating and air-conditioning services. Nonprofit of the Year is Reach for the Top Therapy Services, which provides outpatient occupational, physical, and speech therapies for children with exceptional needs. This year’s Community Arts Champion is Jonathan Nichols, executive director of the Woodman Museum. Elizabeth Fischer is the 2025 Citizen of the Year. She is a Dover native who has been involved with organizations such as the Woodman Museum, Rotary Club of Dover, Pope Memorial Humane Society, Dover Main Street, the Joe B. Parks Riverwalk Public Gardens, Dover Recreation Advisory Board, and the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Community Advisory Committee. The David K. Bamford Educator of the Year is Deanna Strand, who is the executive director at Dover Adult Learning Center of Strafford County.

Catholic Charities NH, the state’s largest human services organization, appointed Andrea Hechavarria, president and CEO of NH Life Sciences, and Andrew MacWilliam, who recently retired as a senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, to its board of trustees.

Cheshire Medical Center, a Dartmouth Health member in Keene, named David F. Horne, MD, MPH, as its first chief of dermatology. Horne most recently served as the lead dermatology physician at Northern Light Health in Presque Isle, Maine.

Bring Back the Trades (BBBT), a nonprofit organization based in Rye dedicated to empowering the next generation of skilled tradespeople, will be holding the BBTT Skills Expo presented by F.W. Webb at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., on Oct. 25. The expo is aimed at middle school and high school students, their parents, and adults interested in learning about the trades and will include hands-on exhibits and interactive displays.

The Mountain Top Music Center, a nonprofit community music school, performance venue and concert presenter in Conway that operates the Majestic Theatre and CafĂ©, received tax credits from the NH Community Development Finance Authority (CDFA)MVSB (Meredith Village Savings Bank) purchased $10,000 in tax credits to support their programming.
