Duprey Hospitality will be opening the Tru by Hilton, a midscale hotel brand, in the spring of 2020 on South Main Street in Concord. Next to the hotel, Great NH Restaurants will open its sixth and largest T-BONES Great American Eatery location at 9,900 square feet.
The four-story, 85-room hotel will have an open lobby comprised of four areas where guests can work, play, lounge, and eat, as well as a fitness room, complimentary breakfast bar, free WIFI and a giant media wall.
T-BONES will have 275 seats and a 35-seat patio. CEO Tom Boucher says this location is very similar to their other locations. “We feel this is the perfect concept and location for the city of Concord, providing another high-quality dining experience to the region.”
Market Square Architects in Portsmouth is designing the project while Fulcrum Associates of Amherst handled construction. Boucher says they will create more than 100 new jobs at the new Concord T-BONES, which is planned to open in the winter of 2020.
This is the first Hilton property for Duprey Hospitality; however, it will be the fifth hotel managed by the company in Concord. “We are thrilled to be building a Tru by Hilton in Concord.
