Chris Adams, the new president and CEO of Nobis Group.
After 34 years, Ken Koornneef has retired as President and CEO of Nobis Group, an engineering and environmental services consulting firm in Concord that is 100% employee-owned. The firm's board of directors appointed Chris Adams, PE as the new President and CEO.
Together with Koornneef, the company’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors have been preparing for this transition through succession planning.
Adams is a civil engineer with more than24 years of service at Nobis Group, holding multiple positions including, most recently, vice president of operations and member of the board of directors.
Nobis Group, founded in 1988 and works on public and private projects throughout the Northeast U.S., offering civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, water supply, and environmental remediation services.
