But having talented tech people floating in the marketplace-combined with explosive developments in Internet technology and smart phones-means the potential for hot tech startups.
After all, there are signs high tech is recovering. High tech exports in the state are skyrocketing and defense contracts are also on the rise, the Bureau reports. So which companies are creating a buzz?
