The JitterJam software monitors social media, creates a contact database and allows businesses to connect with those speaking about their products or services online.

The Meltwater Group (www.meltwater.com) is a privately-held software company founded in Norway in 2001. Meltwater serves more than 18,000 clients through 55 offices located across North America, South America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. The company provides business-to-business products that are based on search engine technology, cloud computing and talent management software.
