New Office Building in Nashua Opens in October

The Tamposi Company’s newest commercial office building, situated between exits 4 and 5 of the Everett Turnpike in Nashua, is on schedule for a mid-October opening. The 28,000-square-foot, two-story brick building will be the home of Millyard Bank, a new, Nashua-based community bank.

The bank is the building’s first tenant and will occupy 7,000 square feet. Its banking center will feature a stylish lobby and multi-purpose community room, as well as convenient parking and drive-up access. Millyard Bank is led by a group of prominent local businesspeople, including John Stabile of Nashua, Peter Nash of Hudson, and Jack Law of Hollis.

“With frontage on Northeastern Boulevard, this property is well-suited to businesses that serve the public, such as medical, legal and other service providers,” said Jeff Knight, CFO, Tamposi Company. “We are excited that 57 Northeastern Boulevard will be home to Millyard Bank. There is a real need for a local financial institution that will serve smaller businesses, and this is an ideal location for it to get started.”

The building is also close to retail shops, fitness clubs, restaurants and public transportation. Nearly 50,000 households and more than 125,000 residents are located within a five-mile radius. The remaining 21,000 square feet of available office space can be subdivided and fit-to-suit for any tenant.
