A survey of over 1,100 millenials by the Boston College Center for Work and Family found that millenials differ from peers a few generations back when work defined a person. These 22- to 35-year-olds ranked growth potential, flexibility, salary and benefits far above the meaning they get from their jobs. Like many of their peers, the found jobs through family, friends and business connection.
