Leadership NH is one of 14 initiatives proposed in the 1992 Governor’s Commission on NH to identify emerging leaders, to encourage them to take leadership roles in statewide issues, and to develop a network of informed peers.
Leadership NH will celebrate its 25th anniversary in May, 2017. In its 25 years, LNH has graduated more than 850 alumni: individuals who better understand issues facing the Granite State and are prepared to engage them. Throughout the year-long program, associates interact with top state officials, judges, educators, prison inmates, students, artists, corporate leaders and others who receive, deliver or make decisions and policy that affect services across the state.
