PORTSMOUTH — The Kane Company plans to buy the roughly 26-acre property that was formerly home to the Redhook Ale Brewery and Cisco Brewers at the Pease International Tradeport, Michael Kane, the company’s chief executive officer, said June 17.
The high-profile property is located at 35 Corporate Drive — near one of the main entrances to Pease — and was most recently assessed at $13,573,300, according to city records.
“We haven’t figured out what we’re doing with it yet,” Kane said. “We thought it was good piece of real estate, and we’re in the real estate business.”
The Kane Company thought the asking price was “a fair price,” Kane said, without revealing it.
