Margaret JoyceThe Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce board of directors has hired Margaret Joyce as the organization's new president. Joyce will start on January 28 and succeed current president Katie MacKinnon, whose last day at the Chamber will be January 25.

According to a statement from the Chamber, Joyce’s 25 years of leadership experience includes working across several divisions at the State of New Hampshire, including Economic Development, Travel and Tourism Development, and most recently Emergency Services and Communications. “This opportunity to make a local impact in the greater Dover community is exactly what I am looking for,” says Joyce. “Dover has a thriving economic development center that makes it an attractive choice for employers to establish, maintain and grow businesses. With its rich history, cultural, educational and recreational opportunities, and vibrant downtown retail center and developing riverfront, Dover is a great place for residents and visitors alike.”
