The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce will hold its 89th Annual Dinner on Monday, November 17, 2008 at the Grappone Conference Center in Concord. The event will feature a panel of national media correspondents participating in Who Won and Why, a post-election assessment of the presidential election outcome. During this event, Teresa Rosenberg of Devine, Millimet & Branch, PA will present the
award to the Citizen of the Year, a selection that is kept confidential
until that evening.
Guest speakers and political analysts include Holly Bailey, Newsweek; Michael Cooper, New York Times; Sasha Issenberg, Boston Globe; and Liz Sidoti, Associated Press. The panel will offer its opinions on the outcome of the presidential election and take questions from the audience.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception at 5:15 pm. The dinner hour will include remarks from outgoing chair, John Hutson, and incoming chair, Mark Ciborowski.
