Business NH Magazine took home eight awards at the NH Press Association's Distinguished Journalism Awards Banquet on June 25, including four first place awards. These awards were given for articles and layouts created in 2025.

  • 1st Place: General Excellence, Class 2

  • 1st Place: Best Use of Audio or Podcast, Class 2: BizCast NH” hosted by Christine Carignan and Matthew Mowry

  • 1st Place: Graphic/Cartoon Illustration, Class 2: Cover art for the June 2025 issue, “The Canadians Aren’t Coming.” Illustration by Jim Roldan.  Judge’s Comment: “A great depiction of the emotion and disappointment on both sides.”

  • 1st Place: Best Design, Class 2: Assembling NH's Manufacturing Workforce” designed by Jenn Farkas (November 2025 issue)

  • 2nd Place: Environmental Reporting, Class 2: “The Economic Toll of Climate Change” by Scott Merrill (April 2025 issue)

  • 3rd Place: Best Design, Class 2: “Home Health Care: A Broken System” designed by  Jenn Farkas (November 2025 issue)

  • 3rd Place: Business Reporting, Class 2: “A Guide to Startup Success” by Business NH Magazine staff (July 2025 issue)

  • 3rd Place: Arts & Entertainment Reporting, Class 2: “Budget Cuts Paint Ugly Picture for NH’s Arts Sector” By Scott Merrill (August 2025 issue)
