Bank of NH Names New President/CEO

Chris LoganThe board of directors of Bank of New Hampshire in Laconia named Chris Logan as the financial institution's incoming president and CEO.

Logan joined Bank of NH and its executive management team in 2017 and has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently he served as Bank of NH's chief operating officer. According to a statement from the bank, Logan has played a key role in transforming the community bank into a nearly $2 billion institution.

“We worked diligently to ensure the selected candidate would continue to take us into the future in today’s challenging banking environment while maintaining our commitment to mutuality, and also building on the success of the bank," says Suzanne Stiles, chair of the bank's board of directors.

"We are confident that Chris’s commitment to delivering the best customer experience and building business through long-term relationships and enhancements in technology make him an ideal candidate for the position,” she said.

Logan will succeed interim President and CEO Michael J. Long effective April 1, 2021. Long was appointed and stepped up from the bank's board this past April. Long will remain a director of the bank as vice-chair.
