The engineering firm of Rist-Frost-Shumway developed a new space plan and design for its staff of 70. The new layout and furniture enhance the firm’s culture of collaboration. It also showcases the mill building’s structure and architectural features, adding more glass and creating sight lines across the open office floor. The color palette and materials also support and highlight these elements. The barn board bike wall and bright pops of color are right at home in this unique office environment.
