The core of XMA’s culture is a dedication to supporting one another and the community. Whether it is a major life event like the birth of a child, a wedding, graduation, or the misfortune of an illness, injury, or the loss of a loved one, coworkers rally and provide support, such as sending flowers, cards, care packages, meals, or organizing collections to assist employees and their families with XMA support.
They also celebrate together throughout the year. XMA hosts a variety of company-sponsored social events and traditions, including an annual Fourth of July BBQ, Super Bowl potluck, holiday celebrations, employee appreciation lunches, monthly birthday and work anniversary recognitions, and Team Member of the Month celebrations, as well as the annual holiday party hosted at the general manager’s farm.
