Whether its colleagues gathering in the community kitchen to celebrate the latest National Crepe Day, teammates across retail brands coming together for a nonprofit bake sale, or after-work drinks at the Common Man down the street, CCA Global Partners finds way to build connections at work.
CCA finds many ways of showing their employees that they are valued. This year CCA implemented a recognition program called Standing Ovation. This program was founded on the belief that work should be a place where gratitude and appreciation are abundant. It equips leaders with the tools to show appreciation and empowers peers to encourage and uplift each other.
Employees work a combination of hybrid and remote schedules, with everyone telecommuting on Mondays and Fridays, and many people coming into the office for the rest of the week. CCA’s family friendly practices include providing four weeks paternity leave and 10 weeks maternity leave, and welcoming children and pets whenever an employee needs to bring them along.
CCA offers free gym memberships at a local gym, onsite yoga classes each Thursday, and through its Virgin Pulse Wellness Program, employees earn points that provide significant discounts on health insurance (of which CCA pays 90% of the premium). Employees can create their own health challenges and earn up to $650 every year.
CCA University is the company’s internal training hub with new employees able to choose from more than 25 online courses as part of the 90-day onboarding process. CCA also runs several leadership development groups, including the Nex40 (a young professional’s network) and the Women of CCA.
